When I was a young whipper-snapper, my sister and I would put on puppet shows for our baby sister. There were elaborate sets (the top of a desk) and a diverse cast (including Barbie dolls, a pig and a cockatoo hand-puppet and various teddy bears) with highly intricate plots (a toy would walk onto the set, greet another toy, and then somehow fall over).
