Aldrich Tangpos Like all amazing animators, you will realise the slight lack of feeling in your bottom-half having spent hours upon hours focused on one particular animation. That’s the sign to have a break, sit back, relax then get up and exercise! Yes exercise, a subject that some people would avoid or just don’t care about, but the reality is, if one were to survive the hours of a numb bottom you’ll need the energy and will of the body to keep going.

It wasn’t till a year of constant computer action where I realised my lack of full body motion, everyday my body was limited to its actions not moving to its true potential. So after doing some research and asking for people’s opinions I realised doing some exercise everyday is actually quite healthy! This breakthrough answered why I lacked skills to walk up great hills. Of course, to achieve such feats takes dedication and time.

Eventually I found a suitable gym to study the skills that would help me achieve this goal. It’s not easy, my master would tell me all these different types of exercises that would focus on certain areas of my body. For example they showed me a device that would allow you to ride a bike without actually moving from the spot, I think the device was called, bike…..hmm. Other devices work on parts of your body that some people call the guns. For me it was just running and bike’in.

So after a years worth of exercise, I’m now able to not only walk up great hills but cartwheel up them too. Such a feat could not be possible without the research I had done. I can now work on a computer for hours without the slight hint of numbness. It feels great and I feel great. So what are you doing now? Sitting there reading this blog. Noooo….go out there and walk up those hills it will help, especially if you use a computer non stop. And when you’re good enough, join me in my super secret advance class of shadow ninja.
