Like all amazing animators, you will realise the slight lack of feeling in your bottom-half having spent hours upon hours focused on one particular animation. That’s the sign to have a break, sit back, relax then get up and exercise! Yes exercise, a subject that some people would avoid or just don’t care about, but the reality is, if one were to survive the hours of a numb bottom you’ll need the energy and will of the body to keep going.
